After 10 or so minutes, Vigga’s crying had ceased. She pushed herself up on her arms and looked at me with her reddened eyes with tears still streaming down her face. She said, “Thank you, Tony for the best night of my life! Thank you, all of you for saving my life! Do you think I can live with all of you?”
Jane tackled Vigga off of me and pulled her into a hug and said, “You can live with us forever!” Jane then began kissing Vigga passionately.
The next day around 2pm had us pulling into our driveway. I couldn’t believe how nice it was to be home. The first to arrive to greet us were Barb, Little Emily and Emily. Barb threw herself into Jane’s arms and hugged and kissed her for several minutes. When she pulled away from Jane, she had tears in her eyes as she looked at all of us and told us how much she had missed us. Next to greet us was Shelly followed closely by her parents. Shelly gave me a big kiss and hug as did her parents. Pretty soon, both Mary and Gloria came bursting out of the house to hug and kiss us followed by Astrid and Axel with hugs and kisses for us all. While this was going on, Barb was calling Sofia, Cindy and Jenny telling them that we were home.
We began introducing Vigga and Benny to our family. When Barb figured out who Vigga was, she pulled her into a bear hug and kissed her deeply. “I’m so happy that Jane found you! She was pretty upset when you weren’t in Copenhagen last year. I, also, want to thank you for the best damn orgasms I’ve ever had. The chain is the greatest idea since the vibrator!” Barb said. Vigga laughed!
We began hauling our stuff into the house and when we had just finished, Sofia, Cindy, Jenny, Elsie and Matt came bursting in. We had more hugging and kissing and introductions with this group. Everyone was asking about our trip, so we began telling them about it part by part. We told them about how we rescued Vigga and met Benny in San Francisco. I then said, “Yeah, San Francisco is quite a town. I have an interesting video to show all of you! Let’s go into the entertainment room.”
I turned on the TV and the Apple TV, pulled out my phone and then said, “Watch this!” I had, surreptitiously, recorded both Judy and Jane’s striptease performances! I hadn’t told anyone because I wanted to surprise them. As the video started, everyone started screaming with surprise. The recording was pretty good and I was able to capture everything very well.
When Judy’s dance finished, everyone clapped and yelled encore, encore! Judy took a bow and said, “You haven’t seen anything yet!”
Next up was Jane’s dance. Everyone was laughing and singing along until Jane gushed onto the stage. Everyone yelled and screamed with delight every time Jane let loose on the stage. When Jane’s dance finished, Jane got a big ovation and more calls of encore. The last dance was of Jane and Judy’s duet. There were lots of ‘ahh’s’ and ‘lovely’s’ as they danced and made out on stage. When the video was finished, Barb asked, “What on earth possessed you two to dance at a strip club?”
Jane laughed and said, “We had been to Alcatraz and had decided to walk back to the hotel. When we passed the club, there was a sign that said ‘Amateur Night’. I was curious and you know what an exhibitionist I am, so we went in. The lady we talked to, Velma, was very nice and I thought what the hell. Judy said she would do it if I would, so that’s it.”
That night just before dinner, Queenie came home. She rushed up to Jane, hugged and kissed her and then said, “From this point on I’m your obstetrician! I want you to come to work with me tomorrow, so I can give you a complete check-up. You wouldn’t happen to have the report from your California doctor, would you?” Jane smiled and handed the info to Queenie who poured over it. When she finished reading, Queenie said, “This looks really good. So, from here on out I want you to get lots of exercise and I’m going to talk with Mary about your diet. I want you to stay as healthy as possible without too much weight gain. By the way, I’m very happy you are home again.” She then hugged and kissed Jane again.
At about this time, Vigga walked into the room and Jane said, “Queenie, I would like you to meet our friend Vigga. Vigga this is Margarethe, but we call her Queenie. She is from Copenhagen as well.” The two women hugged one another.
When Queenie pulled back, she stared at Vigga for a few seconds and then asked, “Didn’t you work in the sex shop in Frederiksberg?” When Vigga smiled, and nodded, Queenie cried out, “I bought my very first vibrator from you!” From then on the two women talked away in Danish for several minutes until Queenie said, “I’m sorry, we were rude to speak Danish in front of you.” We all shrugged it off.
Jane then said to Queenie, “Vigga needs birth control pills. Can you help her out? She could, also, use a physical I think. She has had a rough number of months and I want to make sure she is well.” Queenie indicated that Vigga should join them in the morning.
Barb sat with Jane and I to report everything that had happened while we were gone. Evan and Gloria were living together and were very much in love. Sue and Jackson were now living together at Jackson’s place, but they both stopped by for dinner a couple of times a week. Sofia and Martin were still going strong. Sofia, Cindy, Jenny and Elsie were all doing really well working with Jake. They had finished both of our projects and were working on someone else’s now. Little Emily was fired up about going to school.
Before dinner, Jane and I sat down with Sofia and asked her if she and Martin would consider living together in the new house instead because of Amelia, Jiri and Jeanine. Sofia said, she would be happy to make the change because she knew the family’s need was greater than hers. The three of talked for a long time. Sofia confessed that she really missed us and asked if she could go to France with us in a few weeks. Jane said, “We would like nothing better.” She then hugged and kissed Sofia.
That night at dinner I decided to let everyone know about some of the changes that were coming down the pike. I told them about how we hired Anne who would start work with us in October. I then told everyone about Amelia, Jiri and their daughter Jeanine. I explained the Jeanine was the same age as Little Emily, which caused Emily to smile as her eyes got bright. I told everyone about how we were going to bring all of the scholarship students to Chicago to welcome them into the program. I then reintroduced Vigga and Benny and explained what Benny’s role would be in our lives and then explained how we know Vigga and that she was going to live with us.
It was so nice to be back home if only to have Mary and Gloria’s food once again. It dawned on us that we hadn’t decided where Benny and Vigga would stay. Queenie invited Vigga to stay with her, since it was nice to speak Danish again. We put Benny in one of the guest rooms in the new house which he found to be very nice.
Finally, Jane, Judy and I were able to lie down on our own bed. It was nice to be home and we lay talking for a while about the weeks to come. Judy said that Jiri had texted her and said they would be arriving in 5 days. We decided that we would remain in Chicago for the entire month of July in order to get Benny, Jiri and Amelia settled into their jobs. We, also, decided to go to Nice during the first two weeks of August and then return and have the scholarship kids in during the 3rd or 4th week. At long last we all dropped off to sleep with smiles on our faces.
